Shipping policy

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Creative Skin and Laser make deliveries in Australia only.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

CLICK AND COLLECT

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in store at : Creative Skin and Laser, 57A Boundary Rd, Dubbo NSW 2830.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared as quick as possible, and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 6pm on Wednesday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email ready.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We’re more than happy to leave your order as per your instructions. Please note, if you request that it be left unattended, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it’s delivered. Should anything go wrong, get in touch with us promptly.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at hello@creativeskinlaser.com.au.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 working days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

  • Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $350
  • Orders under $350 are sent at either standard or express postage, whichever is chosen by you as calculated at checkout.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only items purchased on the Creative Skin and Laser website can be returned to for a store credit or exchange. 

Should you make an error when ordering online, Creative Skin and Laser will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered on line contact Creative Skin and Laser immediately to discuss replacement of goods.
